On Sunday 8th March we will be placing tealights on the steps of the church to mark the National Day of Remembrance.
We will light the tealights from 6pm but you are welcome to leave jars with or without the tealights during the day.
You can add names to your jar or decorate them. We will have some jars and tealights available if you don’t have one of your own.
This is an opportunity for people to remember a member of the family who died during the pandemic.
To take time to reflect on the difficulties that we faced in the our work places including hospitals, care homes, schools.
To honour the kindness and dedication of so many people during that difficult time.
