Thank you to everyone who came along, there was a lovely buzz of conversation in the hall and the sun shone on the families on the steps. Many thanks to everyone, particularly Sharron, Rob and Nikki for the preparation and everyone who helped on the day.
The total on the morning was just over £560, but it is still growing, thank you so much on behalf of Christian Aid.
We are back in the Jubilee Hall for the Big Brekkie with ‘on the steps’ activities for families this Saturday.
As always there will be a warm welcome at both events (or one event in two places!)
We are once again holding The Big Brekkie as our main event to raise money for Christian Aid. We will also be running On The Steps our community engagement event on the same day, this worked very successfully last year with families having fun with craft projects and then joining us for a Big Brekkie in the Jubilee Hall.
We are gathering in the Jubilee Hall for a cooked Big Brekkie together, a time when friends from our congregation, Churches Together Harborough and anyone who loves a good breakfast are invited to come and share a delicious, cooked breakfast or cold buffet breakfast, or both!
A payment of £5.00 is the suggested cost of the meal but anything more will be gratefully received.
Please put this date in your diaries and plan to breakfast all together, bring a friend for Christian Aid at the Big Brekkie.
