On Friday 22nd September we held a very short service for Toddlers and their families at 10.30am.

The Toddlers had been preparing fruit and scarecrow faces over the previous three weeks and brought tins of fruit to give to the Foodbank.

On Saturday we had a Medley of Organ Music and Fruit in the church, in the midst of the decorations.  This raised £170 for Save the Children and was a very enjoyable afternoon.

The members of the church had risen to the challenge to produce cakes with a fruit or vegetable theme for the refreshments.

On Sunday morning Rev Stephen Haward led our Harvest Thanksgiving Service at 10.30am.

Paper fruit around the church had to be harvested as part of the service (Real fruit survived!)

There was about 70 of us in church for two songs, a prayer, a story, a bible verse and a march around.
